Hours ships worldwide.
Hours processes orders on weekdays (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.
Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Holidays and high volume periods may delay this process. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Products from our Basics collection are from time to time shipped directly from our overseas manufacturer. Due to the popularity of these items, it is hard for us to keep a lot of stock in our warehouse and shipping directly from our manufacturer allows us to keep the products in stock for all to enjoy while we restock.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe please contact us at email@example.com.
RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Hours by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
