What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are denominated in USD. 

What are your shipping rates?

Standard US & CA = $10 (3-7 business days)
Express US & CA = $15 (2-4 business days)
International = $20-25 (depending on region)

*Please note that the timelines above apply after the order has actually shipped and not from the time you place the order. If you have a pre-ordered product in your order and choose express shipping, please note that express shipping will not speed up the ship date.*

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. The best way to make sure you don't miss out on any new or exclusive releases is to sign up to our newsletter.

Are sold out items restocked?

We do consistently restock our most popular styles so please sign up for the restock notifications on the product page to be notified as soon as they are back in stock.

I’m unsure about a size/have a fit question. How do I find this information?

To help you choose the correct size, it is recommended to refer to the specific garment measurements provided on each item’s product page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We also offer buy now pay later through After Pay.

What is your online return policy?

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the order’s delivery date (with the exception of final sale items). We only accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all sales of gift cards, socks, underwear and books are final. For our complete return policy and additional details please refer to our Return Policy page.

Can I track my order?

All orders are granted a tracking number. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order. 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at support@hourscollection.com.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments.

Am I able to modify my order after its placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify/cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

Can I use my discount code during Black Friday?

All discount codes will be turned off for the duration of our Black Friday sale including but not limited to email discounts, influencer discounts, and etc... They will be activated once the sale is done.
